Shipping/Delivery

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 3-5 business days of purchase. You may choose the shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) and The U.S. Postal Service (for international orders). All shipping methods were chosen for the capability of tracking shipments. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders totaling $75.01 or more, before taxes (where applicable), are eligible for free shipping. This option is available under the Shipping Method drop down menu. Please note that credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. All deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

For international orders, once a shipment leaves the United States the delivery depends largely on the destination country's postal service. Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the goods. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. All international orders must be paid through PayPal.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Returns are accepted conditionally. To return or exchange an order you must contact us first: service@thereedspace.com. Orders may only be returned/exchanged within 30 days of ship date for international orders and 15 days for domestic orders. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will exchange the item within 5-7 business days of receiving your return granted the item is in stock. If it is not in stock we will notify you. If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds). Reed Space has the right to refuse any exchange/refund. There are no exchanges or refunds on books, magazines, art, posters, CDs, DVDs, stationery, home and discounted itemsAll sale items are final.

-Name, Address, Phone Number, Email

-Ship to info if different than above

-Original purchased product

-Date of purchase

-Reason for exchange

-Exchange for which product

-Credit Card number with expiration date for new shipping/handling charges

-Credit Card billing address
